Starting this Saturday Morning 9 am GRBJJ will be offering a KIDS MMA Class.. This Class will focus on conditioning, respect, team work, and learning the proper way to punch and kick a heavy bag.( THERE WILL BE NO LIVE SPARRING). Shorts and a T shirt is all you need to begin this class. ONLY $40 per month. NO CONTRACTS Ages 5-10.
